London, 16/11/22 – nFocus Testing, the longest established UK-owned testing services provider, has won the Highly Commended Award in the European Software Testing Awards 2022 in the Leading Vendor category!
When announcing the award, the judge explained that this year’s Leading Vendor category was fiercely competitive, so much so they couldn’t name just one winner. The solution to this conundrum was to make two awards, a winner and a highly commended award with nFocus being named the latter. The nFocus team were invited to the stage in front of 600 attendees to receive their award and certificate.
Achieving the status of highly commended is even more satisfying given that the Chief Executive of the awards, Grant Farrell remarked in his opening speech that every finalist is a winner this year such was the standard of entries. The judging panel are given blind entries with all company names and identifiers removed to ensure the awards are unbiased and awarded based on merit.
Here is what Ryan James, MD of nFocus had to say about this accomplishment: “I am so, so proud of our entire team for achieving this award. The Leading Vendor award was open to all services and product companies in the software testing industry and so to be named Highly Commended with such a diverse and high performing level of competition is a huge achievement. He added: “In a year where we have onboarded more clients in a single year than ever before, delivered more successful consulting outcomes than ever before and in which we have hired 29 graduates into our SDET Academy; I genuinely feel our people richly deserved this recognition. I’d also like to thank the European Software Testing Awards for putting on another wonderful event to celebrate the industries success.”
On top of this, we are also very proud of the fact that we are still the only company to have won the Leading Vendor award on two separate occasions! Last month, we received the news that we had been selected as one of the finalists of the European Software Testing Awards 2022. This marks the seventh successive year as a finalist in the Leading Vendor category.
Judges were looking for companies who received top marks for their product and customer services:
- Evidence and evaluation of a commitment to high quality and standards to customers
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Evidence of value for money, reliability, flexibility and responsiveness to change
- Proof of thought leadership and drive to excel in the Software Testing and QA industry
